Do you need 1-on-1 help to achieve your fitness goals? I’ll be honest and say that there’s a decent chance that you don’t – all the information you need to apply my “bare effective minimum” system is right here, for free, and many people have been able to succeed handily on their own with it, or with applying information from any other reputable source for that matter.
That said, direct coaching can definitely help some people – for a variety of reasons – especially so I’d say when starting out. Sometimes an external boost to give you initial success and momentum is all that’s needed to get you solidly on your way. So, I do take on a limited number of clients if the situation/fit is right.
